I gave my first class and this was quite easy to set up. When you have all the good accreditations - Yoga Teacher Diploma + Insurance certificate - you can hire a studio and run your class.

After some times spent on Internet looking for spaces, I found a good-looking studio in Central London - Colombo Community & Sports Center. I went there to visit the place and ensure there were some mats and props. All confirmed, I booked the place for 2 hours, 2 weeks after.

This gave me plenty of time to do communication and attract my friends and relatives to my class. And know what? It was full; 14 students booked. To be honest, few hours before the class, I was starting be stressed out!

2:00PM on the 26th of May, I arrived to the place and some students were already there, ready to practice! I set up mats and props, burnt a Palo Santo and put some Yoga music on.

Here we are:

Hello all, let’s arrive on our mat by taking a crossed legged seated position and closing our eyes.

Loved it, fell blessed, looking forward to the next one on June 8th, in AM Power Yoga (Old Street, London).
