Getting back to the YTT

After a Christmas break of more than 4 weeks,I’m really looking at getting back to the Yoga Teacher Training. I’m missing the positive impact of these week-ends on my mind and the increase in my self- esteem that it generates.

The 6 hours of practices and 13 of theoretical learning are always putting me into an exhausted but satisfied state. The other YTT students, the teachers, the Healthy Coffee location and the pace of learning are all together creating such a good vibe!

Learning is so important and good for the brain. It triggers cognitive skills that might be left apart because of a comfort daily routine. Each time you learn something new and practice it, the brain will increase the number of synapses between your neurons, allowing them to send and receive information faster.


It's a fact - the more you learn, the better learner you're becoming.
