Our bodies are incredible. I was already aware of it but after 10 hours of anatomy, I’m definitely convinced it’s true!
During the anatomy lectures, we mainly focused on the skeletal system, the muscles, the cardiovascular system and the nervous system.
Do you know the purpose of our skeletal system?
It is there to protect internal organs, support the body on Earth, ensure movements, but also to create blood cells and store minerals!
Like everything else, bones are ageing, generating a loss of its density. I never realized that taking care of bones is as important as taking care of muscles.
Thankfully bones are renewing; this is happening through movements, like yoga practice, but also through food diet.
