As part of my YTT, we've been to advice to observe our preferred Yoga teachers while they give a class. Being able to sit in the back of the yoga room and analyse your Yoga teacher is a privilege. Indeed when I take part into a class, I often notice cool things that I would like to reproduce but in the end, and even more after savasana, everything is forgotten !

One of my fav Yoga teacher is Annie aka #mind_body_bowl. I used to go to one of her class in #blue_Cow_Yoga in Bank, London. I dared to ask if I can observe her next time to learn from the best and she kindly agreed !

So here I am, coming to the center to do my first ever observation, already feeling treated as a yoga teacher! I've written down so many notes that my pen went out of ink! I was trying to get down every words she used, references she said or music she played. While doing an observation, you try to catch the timing of the main phases, the overall flow, how the teacher moves in the room, when she demonstrates the asanas. Every thing is an example that might bring inspiration to your own Yoga teacher flow !

Annie was so welcoming and positive about becoming and being a Yoga teacher. Again this experience confirmed that I did the right choice in entering the Yoga family :)
